Get to Know Erin
Erin McCrady joins the team as Director of Client Engagement, bringing years of experience in human services and healthcare along with a strong belief that building relationships and solving problems go hand in hand. She is passionate about creating positive connections and helping others navigate challenges with clarity and confidence and believes that the best solutions come from truly listening, thinking creatively and never being afraid to tackle a problem head-on.
Education and Involvement
Erin earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology from Purdue University and her Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern Indiana. Outside of work, she serves on the Board of the Monarch Foundation and is a member of the Domestic Violence Task Force, where she’s committed to making a difference in her community.

In her free time, she can often be found on the hunt for a great thrift-store find, knee-deep in a creative project, or attempting a home improvement project with just enough confidence to keep things interesting.
